  • Perform data transfer process between SAP BW and connected information systems
  • Design and reports maintenance in the reporting applications (Excel, MS SQL, VBA)
  • Prepare finance/sale/procurement reports and data forecasts
  • Perform the company’s monthly, quarterly and yearly closing
  • Prevent inaccuracies in reporting by setting up internal controls and adopting proper policies
  • Conducting data analysis to ensure high quality of reporting
  • Adjust reporting to the business requirements by close cooperation with end users
  • Direct support for end users with all report queries
  • Providing service support for the SAP Analytic Cloud tool
  • Interface with other teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities 


  • 2 years of experience with databases or reporting (SAP BW/HANA, SQL, SAC, Excel)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP, SAP BW, MS Office especially Excel
  • Proficient knowledge of Accounting
  • Basic knowledge of VBA, SQL 
  • Knowledge of other technical tools would be an advantage (eg. SAP Analytic Cloud)
  • Work experience in procurement area will be an advantage
  • Good command of English (min. B2 level)
  • Bachelor’s degree
